The validity of a pharmacy student index number is one year renewable.
The renewal period shall begin on the expiration date of the existing index number and expire thirty (30) days thereafter.
Note that for each delay of three months, a 25% fine will be added to the indexing fees.
Requirements for index number renewal:
- Application letter
- Proof of Pharmacy Student Index Number
- Proof of payment of non-refundable application fees of 5000 RWF
- Current copy of university admission letter
