Registration

In order to practice in Rwanda, Pharmacists and Pharmacy technicians must be first registered with the National Pharmaceutical Council (NPC) and then licensed to practice in the pharmaceutical area. The registration is done only once, however licensing is renewed every year. It is an offense to the law to practice pharmacy without being registered and licensed to practice with the NPC.
